EMINEM'S "RELAPSE" FINALLY DROPPING
Rapper Eminem’s album Relapse is really being released and will be hitting stores on May 19,2009. This is Em’s first original studio album in over four years.
The first single from the album, “Crack A Bottle”, and the video will be released April 7 on VH1. Slim Shady talks about the album delay, “A lot of people were expecting Relapse to drop last year,” said Eminem. “I was one of them. Then [Dr.] Dre and I went back in the studio in September for a few days, and that turned into six months. We were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.”
“My next album, Before I Self Destruct, is my fourth and the fifth is a greatest hits option forInterscope Records, so when they’re saying [last album], my contract will be up and I’ll be re-negotiating,” Fif said in a recent interview. “I could potentially be staying at Interscope or going somewhere else…My album Before I Self Destruct will be out in May. My record kinda got moved back because Eminem’s record will be coming out before me because Dre will have completed his project before I can get Dre to finish the pieces I need to complete my project.” Not only is the Relapse being released but Em is also doign a part to the the album. We know when Slim Shady come out he comes hard with no cut cards.
