COUPLED UP: LANCE AND EVA ENGAGED
America’s Next Top Model winner and current Young and the Restless star Eva Marcille (formerly known as Eva ‘The Diva’ Pigford) is now engaged to her boyfriend Lance Gross, star of House of Payne. He popped the question in front of friends and family on christmas Eve and presented Miss Eva with a 3.36 1895 Pave Cartier ring.
“I cried. It was totally unexpected. I’m still in shock,” Marcille told the Web site. “I could not even sleep because I was afraid that I might wake up from the most beautiful dream ever.”
Gross described the exact moment that he showed her the ring. “Eva asked, ‘Baby, is this real? Baby, are you playing with me?’” he recounted. “Then she said, ‘Forever and always: Yes, Yes, Yes!’ and jumped up and hugged me crying and then she did her happy dance.”
They haven’t set an official date as of yet, but they are looking at Summer 2010. Congrats go out to the happy couple.
