Fans around the world will be able to attend Whitney Houston’s funeral via live web stream…..
According to CNN and the Associated Press, Saturday’s funeral for music legend Whitney Houston is expected to be made available for television and web streaming from New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey. Whitney’s publicist, Kristen Foster, announced that The Associated Press will be the pool camera for the funeral service.
Today, entertainers and their publicists confirmed several celebrities and personalities will be in some of the 1,500 “invitation-only” seats at Houston’s childhood church. Pastor and Gospel Singer Marvin L. Winans, a longtime friend of the Houston family, will give the eulogy for Whitney. Winans officiated at Houston’s 1992 marriage ceremony to R&B singer Bobby Brown.
Rumors have been swirling around that Bobby hasn’t been able to see daughter Bobbi Kristina and that he wasn’t invited to the funeral. However Bobby scratched those rumors with a statement confirming he will indeed be in attendance. He said “My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better. We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother’s death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected.”

My first news of this was disbelief. This was the one woman that filled the walls of my home for many years. Her presence along made me smile. She was the one DIVA that I truly loved – even tho’ I never met her personally. Your beautiful voice will now be heard in the Heavenly choir along with the rest. Your time was cut short, or so it seems, but God has his plans already laid out for all of us. We will miss you, Whitney!
Marvin well done on a great send off to Whitney Houston !
