SANFORD, Fla. —
Newly obtained exclusive police surveillance video from ABC News is shedding new light on the Trayvon Martin investigation. The video shows George Zimmerman at the Sanford police station not long after he shot and killed 17-year-old Martin.
There is apparently no audio on this tape…
In the surveillance video, Zimmerman is seen handcuffed and being brought into the Sanford police station for questioning by three officers the night of the shooting.
This new information is critical evidence that refutes many of the assertions that Zimmerman has made.
Sources said at least one eyewitness corroborates Zimmerman’s story, but several eyewitnesses also said they heard what sounded like a child screaming for help that night.
Martin’s girlfriend Dee Dee, who was on the phone with him right before he was shot, told ABC News that he referred to Zimmerman as “creepy,” and told her “he’s crazy.”
“Trayvon asked the man ‘What you following for and what you doing around here?’ He went to walk away and then he said ‘What?’ Next thing I knew, someone had pushed Trayvon on the grass,” Dee Dee told ABC News.
