T.I.’S ‘ROAD TO REDEMPTION’
T.I. and MTV spoke at the annual TV Critics Association on Friday to announce “T.I.’s Road to Redemption” This docu-series follows T.I. as he serves his 1,000 hours of community service before reporting to prison in March. Each week the show airs, the carmeas would follow him as he speaks to schools, community groups about avoiding the dangers he found himself in. With moving title, each week will reflect number of days left to T.I.’s sentencing. This doc-series is set to air on Tuesday, Feburary 10,2009 at 9:00 p.m.
In related news, T.I. has 864 hours in his log and he needs 1,000-1,500 before his sentencing.
“It’s not part of the 1,000 hours of community service he must complete before facing a prison sentence March 27. The 28-year-old rapper told the Television Critics Association on Friday (January 9) that he’s put in 864 hours so far. He said: “This show is in addition to (that).”
