Nick Cannon has finally released a few choice words towards rapper Eminem stemming from the new diss record attacking Cannon’s wife, pop singer Mariah Carey.

Eminem released the diss track “Warning” earlier this week in response to Carey’s new video “Obsession” where she mocks Eminem and denies their alleged relationship.

After learning of the new song Cannon had this to say about the situation…

“This aint checkers. This is Chess,“ Cannon wrote. “Never take your own revenge, but rather give place unto the wrath. For it is written vengeance is mine, I will repay… PREACH!”

He then quoted the Bible when he typed “I will bless those that bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse. Genesis 12:3.”

“But let’s not get it twisted. If you feeling froggish, leap,” Cannon said, before giving out his personal email. “Y’all know where to find me.”

“Trying to save a hater is like trying to teach astrophysics to a wino,” Cannon Tweeted, before he returned to finish editing an unnamed film project.

Mariah Carey has yet to respond to Eminem’s new record.

Perez Hilton said in a recently released statement that he plans to sue any and everyone involved in the altercation at the Much Music Awards in Toronto.

In a statement that was released from the lawyer of gossip blogger Perez Hilton, Perez has revealed that he will be taking “legal action” against anyone who was involved in the physical altercation that took place after the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto.

Following the altercation, which took place over the weekend, Perez has continuously informed fans via Twitter and his blog that he will seek justice. And according to a statement released by his lawyer, Perez will be doing just that.

“Perez will take legal action against anyone who chooses to resort to physical violence as a means to respond to criticism they do not like,” Perez Hilton’s attorney, Bryan J. Freedman, explained in a statement to Access Hollywood.

According to Perez he was hit by Polo Molina, the manager for the Black Eyed Peas, after Perez and will.i.am exchanged words earlier in the evening. Molina has since turned himself in to the Toronto police.

“All persons responsible for this cowardly act of physical violence will be sued and held legally responsible for their actions,” Freedman added. “His first amendment rights will not be infringed upon through fear, intimidation or violence.”

Earlier today police charged the tour manager of the Black Eyed Peas with assault after he allegedly gave celebrity blogger Perez Hilton a black eye outside a Toronto nightclub. Hilton said he got into an argument with band members Fergie and will.i.am at the Cobra nightclub early Monday morning and was punched outside by Polo Molina, the band’s tour manager. They were at the club following a Sunday night video awards show.

Molina turned himself in and has been charged with assaulting Hilton, Toronto Police Constable Tony Vella said. Molina is due in court Aug. 5.

UPDATE: Trey Songz has issued an explanation for the diss track, basically saying that R. Kelly ain’t what he used to be.

First off, anyone who is familiar with my history knows I’m a HUGE R. Kelly fan & have been inspired by him since my early beginnings musically. So while some may take this as disrespect, those who truly listen to the lyrics will understand my urging him to go harder. I’ve been compared to R. Kelly since my career began while we all can recall R. Kelly stepping on the scene sounding AND looking JUST like Aaron Hall. He demolished his sound and then went on to build his own which was a mixture of many others. We all are familiar with his signature adlib “Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh” which he grabbed from Lenny Williams & let’s not forget the “Bump & Grind” remix which started his Isley Brother’s Vibe. Soon enough he assisted Ron Isley in becoming Mr. Biggs & while keeping Ronald close he kept him on his toes. The R. Kelly we all grew to love was innovative, witty, & trendsetting. If you were to say that R. Kelly has excited you musically as of late, I would question your ears. When I heard JayZ’s “Death of Autotune” my first thought was when will R. Kelly stop using it; The King of R&B with a autotune filled mixtape (not to mention a auto tuned “Double Up” album) disappoints me. If throwing rocks at the throne wakes up the King, consider them thrown.

Apparantly, the beef between Rick Ross and 50 Cent is finally over.

Is the beef between 50 Cent and Rick Ross finally over? Well according to DJ Whoo Kid, 50 Cent’s DJ and G-Unit member, it is. Recently Whoo Kid explained why 50 Cent has moved on stating “The Rick Ross sh*t is outta here. It’s over, he’s done his promo, 50 promoted his album very well, so Rick Ross is outta here. Now he’s worried about his own sh*t. They got the Tia [Kemp] book out there. That should be the last level of anything that has anything to do with Rick Ross.” Whoo Kid then went on to talk about what’s up next for the G-Unit general saying “50’s done ten freestyles, I’m waiting on like, two more. I guess he’s trying to figure out the title. And I’ve been doing a lot of those Radio Planet videos, so I’m gonna put together a RadioPlanet.TV 50 Cent video. Raekwon and Redman want Joe Budden to know he doesn’t want this beef he created with Method Man.

Wu-Tang’s own Raekwon recently came to the defense of his fellow Wu member Method Man and even warned Joe Budden about his recent comment. If you didn’t know, Budden recently challenged Method Man’s rap skills after he viewed the results of Vibe’s “Best Rapper Alive” list. “I was hurt by Joe’s comment,” Rae explained. “He seems like a cool dude, but I don’t appreciate him going at Meth like that. [Joe Budden] must’ve been feeling himself. You don’t play a legend who, like Method Man, did a lot for hip-hop…Joe bit off him anyway. When you listen to ‘Pump It Up,’ real n*ggas know where that flow came from. I’m not a battle rapper, but I will skin a n*gga, anybody. And, in my opinion, he isn’t better than Meth, never. You gotta watch what your mouth. Joe was out of character.” Raekwon even launched a website called BetterThanJoe.com that features diss tracks going at Joe Budden asking readers of it “You’re Better Than Joe Budden?”
Redman recently weighed in on the whole Method Man / Joe Budden issue. Recently Redman told Ed Lover (while visiting his Power 105 radio station) “I just laughed at it at first. I’m a Jersey dude and he a Jersey dude so he already knows the business,” Redman continued “I know my man [Method Man] got this. If he needs me to step in, I’m in. I’m already in it anyway. Its gonna stay on the rap level too.” Budden continues to stand by his comments. “That’s how I feel. It’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it,” Budden said. “Its not like I said, I’ll chop his head off and that’s the end of it. I said, “I’ll chop his head off and I’m willing to prove it.” Method Man recently said “I would love for him to say ‘I’ll chop his head off’ face to face.” Meth contined “He needs to come see me face to face. I don’t want none of that back and forth on the internet.”

Jaz-O broke down where he stands with his former rap protege Jay-Z.

According to sohh Jaz says,

“I got a few joints here and there, taking shots at your boy, [Jay-Z],” Jaz explained in an interview. “But you know, that’s hip-hop. Nick Cannon has responded to Eminem’s recent diss towards himself and his wife, Mariah Carey, by offereing to end the rapper’s career if their differences are not settled in a timely manner. He was responding to a reference he heard on Em’s track “Bagpipes From Baghdad” and was caught in his feelings.

“Oh, it’s music to my ears,” he said in the song’s intro. “How can I describe the way I feel? F*cking great man. Okay, let me see.
