POLICE CHIEF IN THE TRAYVON SHOOTING…STEPS DOWN
Police Chief, Bill Lee has “temporarily” resigned as a result of fall out from his decision to not arrest George Zimmerman, the shooter in this highly controversial case.
“My role as the leader of this agency has become a distraction from the investigation. It is apparent that my involvement in this matter is overshadowing the process,” Lee said in a statement released on Thursday.
