WALE DROPS NEW MIXTAPE & TALKS UPCOMING GOGO ALBUM [VIDEO]
MMG’s Wale gave his fans new music for Christmas with his new Mixtape entitled “Folarin. The project was brought to life with the help of DJ Clark Kent and features Rick Ross, French Montanan, Trindad James, French Montana and more! Wale also released “Blessings” a 5 minute video taking you behind the scenes of his grind. “My parents, when they had me and my brother we had one bedroom we slept in. We had a bunk bed for me and my brother, and my parents slept on a flat mattress with nothing holding it up. We had roaches. All my parents did was work, that’s all I know is work, I don’t even know how to chill”
Before the release of “Folarin,” Wale talked with a NY radio station about the mixtape and his third studio album. “‘Folarin’ mixtape is really a culmination of every mixtape that I’ve ever had, together.” He also made it clear that a Go-Go album is on his “Things To Do” list saying, “This is the second time I’m announcing it, but I’m doing a Go-Go album after my album. And when I say Go-Go I don’t mean like cheesy Go-Go. It’s gonna be sequenced. It’s gonna be me probably rapping only 40-percent on the album, but getting the sound out.”
