7700 people were sterilized over a course of four decades in North Carolina. Eugenics is one of the oldest forms of population control known to man, however, in cases where states determined who they would allow the right to procreate borders goes way beyond the invasion on human rights.

Can any amount of money bring back a life without life? How in the world did any government find this practice ethical? OTHER STATES PRACTICED STERILIZATION AS WELL. Why do they have this sister justifying this nonsense?
