IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO MAKE A BAD HABIT INTO A GOOD ONE [MY TWIPS]

It’s takes 21 days to break a bad habit. 21 days to create a good one. Who is down for the 21 day challenge??

1. Everytime you say “no” to something that u know ain’t good for u the stronger u get. I learned this from @JoyceMeyer #21days

They say if u actually share with someone the habit u want that can create accountability @sugeAndtheCity you don’t want embarrass ya self

But I will say this @sugeAndtheCity If its something u don’t want to share then don’t. Either way is good #21daychallenge

I fasted from weed @PrettiMsShay & now I haven’t smoked in 5 years! God did His thing but I did my part too

One of the keys to the 21 day challenge is this. The the bad habit that you want to get rid should be replaced with a good one

#2 you gotta be all in. Totally commited to making this challenge for yourself. #21daychallenge

#3 create a reward for yourself. After you replace the bad habit with a good one GO ALL OUT AT RECOGNIZING WHAT U HAVE ACCOMPLISHED

#4 Prayer. Give thanks to God for each day you are able to break the habit. He is your strength. You have learned to activate His Power in u

What I’ve just tweeted is pretty much the same thing they teach in AA and other addictions. It’s all starts with admitting u have a issue

Don’t wait to start breaking the bad habit and replacing with a good habit. Start the moment u admit u have a problem. The devil is a liar

5. Allow for mistakes…if you fall short forgives yourself and get back on track asap

It may take longer than 21 days But DONT GIVE UP!
