#3 – Looks like Diddy has capitalized of yet another person’s creativity:

Sean “Diddy” Combs was sued on Wednesday by a glass artist who claims the hip-hop mogul’s design for his “Unforgivable” cologne bottle is a rip off.

The Boston Globe reports that Tom Patti filed a suit against the rapper in Springfield, Mass claiming that the sleek, plastic crate that Diddy used to house his cologne is a knock off of the glass sculptures he made in the 80s.

“A couple of years ago, my phone started ringing,” the 65-year-old artist told the Globe. “Everywhere I went, people started congratulating me on the success of my fragrance container. I didn’t know what they were talking about. Eventually, I realized that Combs had replicated my work.”

Patti hopes that by taking legal action he will stop the sale of any more bottles of the cologne and “wants all profits to be traceable to the alleged copyright infringement.”

#2 – Eddie Murphy is a deadbeat dad with an even weaker excuse as to why:

Eddie Murphy has never met Angel, the 22-month-old daughter he fathered with Spice Girl Mel B.

“To see the kid, he’d have to see the mother,” a friend of the Norbit actor, 47 (who has five other children by his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, and two from a previous relationship). Maybe when she’s older, Eddie will see Angel, but not now.”

Mel says, “I want Angel to know she has two parents who love her so much,” but the insider scoffs, “Mel’s a crazy woman. Eddie wants to stay far away from her.”

Now, I try my best not to judge people, but this is some coonery if I’ve ever heard it. If he could spend all those years creeping around with a certain male R&B singer that I will not name, then he can spend some time with his own child.

#1 – The beef between 50 Cent and Rick Ross is starting to heat up. 50 met up with Tia, one of Ross’s baby’s mamas and interviewed her in the video above. Tia goes hard with the doggin of Rick, talking about how he’s really broke and how much he lies in his raps. But wait, it gets so much better, people. 50 told Tia her shoes look busted. So she and the rest of the chickenheads friends proceeded to shout out Gucci when 50 asked where they wanted to go shopping. (Ok, that didn’t happen on camera…but y’all know that’s how i really went down.) And of course, 50 took them to Gucci and a fur shop and bought ya girl up some stuff. And proceeded to tell her that her son can call him stepdaddy–he’ll buy him whatever he needs.
