EMINEM TO INDUCT RUN-DMC INTO HALL OF FAME
Eminem has been selected to induct legendary rap group RUN-DMC into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame next month. Rev. Run, DMC and the late Jam Master Jay will be only the second rap group to ever receive the honor.
Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five were the first. Eminem will officially swear the group in on April 4th at Cleveland’s Public Audiorium. Run-D.M.C. is credited as the first major rap groupt crossover into the mainstream with such hits as thier “My Addidas,” “Run’s House,” “King of Rock,” “It’s Tricky” and of course the track with Aerosmith, “Walk This Way.”
