DOES THE PUNISHMENT FIT THE CRIME???
A Dayton woman was sentenced to life in prison without chance of parole for burning her baby daughter to death in a microwave oven after fighting with her boyfriend. Common Pleas Judge Mary Wiseman lashed out at China Arnold, 28, who opted to watch her sentencing from a side room on a monitor. “No adjectives exist to adequately describe this heinous atrocity,” Wiseman said. “This act is shocking and utterly abhorrent for a civilized society.”
The judge rejected a plea by Arnold’s attorneys for a minimum sentence of life in prison with the chance of parole after 25 years. A jury spared Arnold the death penalty when it couldn’t reach a consensus. “I am innocent of these charges,” Arnold said in a statement. She was convicted Aug. 29 of aggravated murder in the death of month-old Paris Talley in 2005.
“Heinous Atrocity” is an understatement for what this nutty broad did, and she has the nerve to say she is innocent? How can she even live with herself knowing that she microwaved her baby to death. Ri-goddamn-diculous.

I think that she should be fried the same way that she did the baby, I wonder what in the hell was going on in her head. Itss nothing that a man or woman can say to a person to make you place your child in a microwave to cook. Its to many woman out here that can not have children that want some. Shr could have given the baby to someone else if it was that serious.
i would personally build a fire proff room and put her ass in there with nothing but wood and pictures of her baby all over the room. I’ll give her gasaline tank and matches and tell her that she has all the time in the world to be with her baby.
They should put her in an oven to bake, that baby did not deserve that. There are many women out there who cannot have children of their own. She need to burn slowly to see what her baby went through. Life in prison isn’t enough for her.
