[DMV NEWS] WALDORF MAN ARRESTED FOR SELLING DRUGS FROM ICE CREAM TRUCK

WALDORF, Md. – The Charles County Sheriff’s Office says a Waldorf, Md. man has been arrested for selling drugs from an ice cream truck.
Police says a tip through Crime Solvers led to the arrest of 20-year-old Alexander Charles Hoskins. He has been charged with possession with intent to distribute
drugs.
The tipster told police that the suspect had sold packets of marijuana and was believed to still be in possession of drugs.
Police say officers located the ice cream truck near Bayswater Court and Sheffield Circle in Waldorf and initiated a traffic stop.
A drug detection dog alerted police of possible drugs and several small baggies of suspected marijuana were recovered from Hoskins. Officers also found large amounts of money inside the truck which had been kept separate from the money he made on ice cream sales.
