[DMV NEWS] VA PASSES ULTRASOUND BILL
This is why WE need to pay attention!! According to Huffington Post -Virginia has climbed aboard the anti abortion platform by recently PASSING The Ultrasound Bill.
NOW the legalization of the proposed bill rests on the desk of one man…the Govenor.
The Senate voted 21-18 to approve the measure requiring the medical professional performing the ultrasound to obtain written certification from the woman that she was offered the chance to see the image. However, the woman would not be required (unlike TX) to view the ultrasound and hear the heartbeat of the fetus.
Have politicians inserted themselves into the lives of citizens? Are they playing God? If the conservatives are that adament about not having people who cannot fend for themselves economically in the future- why then create laws like these that would attribute to the problem? Aren’t conservatives all for POPULATION CONTROL…oh the hypocrisy?
