DMV CRIME: MAN ALLEGEDLY KILLS MISTRESS; TO AVOID CHILD SUPPORT
Former police officer-Richmond Diallo Phillips, 40 is accused of killing his 20 yr old mistress and abandoning their one year old daughter, to avert paying child support.
Phillips was arrested in June 2011 after Wynetta Wright, 20, was found on June 2 suffering from trauma to her body in Oxon Run Stream Valley Park, according to Prince George’s County police. She was shot in the head, WJLA reported.
Her infant daughter, Jaylin, was found abandoned in a car in the 2400 block of Southern Avenue and was pronounced dead, police said. The child was in her car seat with the doors closed and windows rolled up, according to the The Washinton Times.
