Approximately 10,000 people were on the Mall in 2008 to usher in the first African American President of the United States. What can be expected this time around?
But what I need is a mass evening party on the National Mall the night before or the night of the actual inauguration. The entire nation is weighted with heavy loads. A night of celebration would be just what the people need to let go of the cares of the world and just BE HAPPY!
