DJ DRAMA SPEAKS ON HIS BEEF WITH JEEZY
Famed mixtape master DJ Drama is speaking out on the rumors that he and Jeezy have been beefing after they fell out late last year at an awards show. DJ Drama is saying that their relationship is definitly not what it used to be.
“It is what it is,” Drama said in an interview with 50 Cent’s website. “We made a lot of history together though. We put a lot of bangin’ mixtapes out. There’s a lot of rumors spreading around the Internet, you know. They said my chain was snatched and I got bloodied up. It got a little crazy out there but you know, there was a scuffle, grown men business. Nothing crazy, nothing serious. It happens everyday.” Rumors about the beef continued after an incident recently at the screening of the Biggie Smalls biopic, “Notorious.” The Aphilliates Music Group, La the Darkman, confirmed that DJ Drama was assaulted at the premiere by members of Jeezy’s CTE crew. “There was a little scuffle. At a movie screening,” Darkman said. “A little thing that got handled. Fake thugs with low self esteem want to pick on the DJs. We definitely didn’t initiate this though. DJs don’t go looking for beef with fake gangstas.”
At least DJ Drama didn’t pull a 50 and start putting out diss tracks and videos with any of Jeezy’s exes. Big ups to Drama for keeping it grown and mature.
