The AP reports that Florida Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler recused herself from George Zimmerman’s second degree murder case because of a potential conflict that relates to her husband. He works with Orlando attorney Mark NeJame, who was first approached by Zimmerman’s family to represent the neighborhood watch volunteer. Seminole Circuit Judge Kenneth M. Lester Jr. has been appointoined to replace her.
