BODY BELIEVED TO BE JENNIFER HUDSON’S NEPHEW
This morning (10/27/08), police found the body believed to be the nephew of Jennifer Hudson Julian King in a GMC Suburban found parked on 1313 S. Kolin St. on the west side of Chicago, approximately 13 miles from the murder scene. The SUV that the body was found in belongs to Jennifer’s family and was the vehicle listed in the Amber Alert that went out about Julian on Friday. Officials are working with the FBI.
Meanwhile, William Balfour, the estranged husband of Julia Balfour, Julian’s mother, is currently being held and is considered a suspect in the case. Balfour has refused to cooperate with police at this point in regard to the location of Julian. He is not Julian’s father, and Balfour’s mother has gone on record as saying that her son had nothing to do with this.
Our prayers go out to Jennifer and her family during this difficult time and urge anyone with any information to please contact the Chicago police so that Julian may be safely returned to his mother and family.
