WOW! This report is very interesting because the spin appears to attack the Obama administration, when in actuality there have been several spills in recent history and none of those have created effective prevention responses in case of emergency crisis’ such as the one seen. The culture and overall environment of New Orleans, Floriday and several other states & countries (S. America), will forever be changed.
