RIHANNA DECIDES AGAINST DUBAI CONCERT

Rihanna has decided not to perform in Dubai as previously reported.

According to Vibe Event Management, the company promoting the event, the concert is officially off.

Managing director Yassin Matbouly just stated that “We want to share with you that Rihanna and her management will not be accepting to hold a public concert at this time as it is not appropriate timing for her.”
