On Monday (April 27th) Judge Robert Miller, of the Brooklyn Supreme Court, dismissed the suit saying that the rap star was never actually served the legal papers. Foxy Brown, better known to the government as Inga Marchand, was sued by her Prospect Heights neighbor Arlene Raymond last year after an incident in July of 2007 where Raymond says she was hit by Foxy with her Blackberry phone.
