Have I heard “Stop” before? I’m positive I’ve heard that song before. It sounds like every other mind-numbing, cliché-ridden club song on the radio today- which is why I no longer listen to the radio. Note to Joe Young: If you are not going to respect the votes of the listeners then why did you submit your track? Clearly you are losing for a reason. Much love and respect to PHZ-Sicks for a good song and taking the high road against all the haters. I’ve cast my vote and said my piece.

phz-sicks songs always fall short, you need to work on your delivery and cadence. i personally believe the reason the votes are up on phz-sicks is because he’s promoting the shit outta this. which is ok, kudos to him, but joe’s song was better, hands down. phz, you need to work on your stuff. other then that. good ish. (and yes, ive heard more of your work, and im not impressed. up the ante’)

The votes don’t reflect the truth. See, this is what happens when you don’t force people to register before voting. What happened to old school battles in front of a crowd? You can never do an online battle because you get one smart (semi-smart)….awh hell, any idiot can go from pc to pc to vote and then hit up the next library or computer lab. Do yourself a favor. Get a real IT team, set it up so people have to actually listen to the BOTH tracks in their entirety, register, and then vote! What are we, in 1996 with Dial-up? Step your broadband up WKYS! this is why up and coming artist never really break into the mainstream. we don’t have the proper guidance. the songs we make should be able to compete with what’s being played on the radio, as a complete song that people actually want to hear. not just the beat, not just the lyrics but, everything. so eager to batlle cuz folks can’t make songs. MC means Move the Crowd! I’m only trying to shed some light on the situation. If you’re a rapper/artist/whatever winning internet battles but can’t sell cd’s/mp3′s your music isn’t that great. Real talk.

I still gotta hear more from him 2 make an honest judgment on his overall style. Both songs were decent but U know Mr. 40. Watt gotta go wit da Ft. Wash rep…I voted 4 Joe Young!!! I’m not being biased either cause I’ve heard alot more from Joe b4. Both songs were ok but his was slightly better overall in my opinion. PHZ-Sicks did have da better beat thow.
