In October 2007, rapper T.I. was arrested on his way to the BET Awards when the DEA busted him with a rack of guns. On Friday (3/27), TIP will begin his year long jail sentence in Atlanta. Upon his release, he received the deferred sentence. So, rather than just sit around until his sentence starts, T.I, took the court-ordered community service to a whole other level. He voted this past October for the first time, and encouraged others to do so thru a nationwide campaign. He’s been working with the Boys & Girls Club, and so much more. In spite of all he’s been doing to better his community, he’s still looking to serve the entire year he was sentenced. Do you think he should be required to?
